Order Questions
A: We’re so sorry about that!
Sometimes, the USPS is very rough by throwing large boxes over small ones and this type of thing can happen during the shipping process.
Each product gets filled by a machine, and is shipped by a crew who do not touch caps.
We can assure you your product has not been opened or tampered with.

Products
A: We have decided to discontinue our makeup line to better focus on the quality of our hair, skin, and oral care products, therefore we will not be restocking any out of stock makeup items. It was a tough decision to make, but we feel it’s what’s best for Cleure going forward.
A: Our products include no added fragrance. Some raw ingredients may have a natural scent which is what you are smelling.
A: The only product that does have an expiration date is the Sunscreen which will be printed on the tube. All other products do not require any expiration date, they all have a shelf life of around 2 years.
A: Yes. We get approval for all of our product’s ingredients before making them. They are all salicylate free.
A: Since we don't use any plants, which may have drug interactions and warnings for pregnant women, our products should be safe to use. However, expectant mothers with extreme sensitive skin, should check with their physicians before changing their skin care routine.
A: It’s always a difficult decision for us to choose to discontinue our products, but we always do what we think is best for our company. We want to focus on providing the best quality products, and in order to do that sometimes it’s necessary to limit our product range to what’s in the highest demand.
A: We offer Travel/Trial sizes of several of our products for lower prices so you can try out our products and use them for travel.
Travel sizes are nonrefundable.
A: Yep! All of our products are vegan and cruelty free, with the exception of our Emu Oil.

Ingredients
A: Nope! All of our ingredients and products are made and sourced in the USA.
A: No. Cleure does not use nano-particles in our products, including titanium dioxide or zinc oxide.
A: Our ingredients are subject to change, but we change the ingredients as few times as possible, and only when we need to update the formula to meet the standards of the American Contact Dermatitis Society. If the ACDS changes their standards, then we change our formula.
We do our best to make clean, natural, high-quality products that will meet as many people’s needs, allergies, and sensitivity concerns as possible, but unfortunately it’s impossible to accommodate everyone.
If you are unsure about an ingredient change, we recommend conducting a patch test, or contacting your doctor or dermatologist, and if you have any negative reactions you are always welcome to return your product within 30 days.
A: Cleure does not formulate products based on trending ingredients or unsubstantiated websites that rank ingredients for safety. Dr. Stay and her team follow strict guidelines to avoid ingredients that are known to be common irritants. These ingredients are identified via recognized research organizations, the FDA, associations for dermatologists, allergists and American Contact Dermatitis Society.
Due to the nature of sensitive allergy-prone skin, not all non-irritating ingredients may be non-irritating to everyone. We remain committed to updating our database of common irritants and follow these guidelines.
If you are uncertain if an ingredient is suitable for you, please consult with your doctor, discontinue use or do not use it at all.
A: If you are allergic to a certain ingredient such as coconut oil, it does not necessarily mean you will be allergic to all derivatives of it, though you may be allergic to some. According to the American Contact Dermatitis Society the derivatives are not the same as the actual coconut oil and they may not cause a negative reaction similar to the actual oil. It's best to know the actual derivative ingredients you're allergic to, or if it's only the actual oil. You would need to be tested for each ingredient in order to know, so we’d suggest contacting your doctor or dermatologist patch test.
A: You can find more information about all of the ingredients we use in our Ingredient Glossary.
